Jim Silye, BA, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Silye is the former president and CEO, Predator Exploration Ltd. Prior to this he was the owner and president of Western Seismic Exchange Ltd. for more than 30 years. Mr Silye was a founding director of Stampeder Exploration Ltd., Command Drilling Ltd., and Request Seismic Surveys Ltd. He served as a Member of Parliament with the Reform Party from 1993 - 1997 - Calgary Centre.
Steven Glover, CA, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Glover is the former Vice-President of Finance at Valiant Energy Inc., from 2005-2006, when the company was sold and former Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.
Ron Chapman, P.Eng., Vice President, Operations
Mr. Chapman has over 20 years of oil and gas experience. Prior to joining Eagle Rock in 2006, Mr. Chapman was Chief Operations Officer with Sword Energy Ltd. and Senior Engineer with Ultima Energy Trust. His experience also includes positions with Enerplus and various junior exploration companies.
Rob Bell, P.Eng., Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Bell is the former Vice President Engineering and Chief Operating Officer of Dragonheart Resources Ltd. Mr. Bell has over 30 years of experience including production, exploitation, reservoir, facilities, projects, joint interest and strategic planning. His extensive background also includes officer positions with two Toronto Stock Exchange listed oil and gas issuers.
John L. J. Duhault, P.Geoph., Vice-President, Exploration
Mr. Duhault was President and CEO of Dragonheart Resources and Dragonheart Energy, and he joined Eagle Rock after Dragonheart Resources was acquired by Eagle Rock in December 2007. Mr. Duhault has over 29 years of experience including geophysical imaging and interpretation, geological interpretation, project management and strategic planning. In addition to his Dragonheart experience, Mr. Duhault has consulted as an exploration interpreter/advisor based on the technical and management knowledge he gained while working at CS Resources and the Chevron group of companies throughout Canada and internationally.

Mr. Stewart is a partner in the legal firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP.

Mr. Fekete is a Professional Engineer with over 45 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Fekete founded and operated T. Fekete and Associates Inc., a leading reservoir engineering firm in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Fekete has sat on numerous public and private company boards, including Siga Resources Ltd., Richland Petroleum Ltd., and Crown Joule Exploration Inc.
Jack McManus, P.Geol, Director
Mr. McManus is a geologist with more than 40 years of experience with both private and public companies. He has been President and CEO of Zephyr Resources Ltd., Vero Resources Ltd., and Tuscany Energy Ltd. For the past five years, Mr. McManus has served as the President of JM Resource Management Ltd., a private consulting company relating to the oil and gas industry.
